A gamin of cold street of Ruteng during 90's, Tardelly was Born in Ende. He spent 6 years in Pius 12th minor seminary 65 km away from the cold town of Ruteng. After high school, he joined Xaverian order and studied philosophy at Driyarkara School of Philosophy. During those period of time, he was an active writer for several features writing. He left for Cameroon in 2008 to pursue his theology studies before being ordained deacon in 2012. He was ordained priest in 2013 and assigned to work in Thailand. He has been working among ethnic minority groups in Thailand since ever.
